As a company with roots in Bremen and a passion for sustainable solutions, abat takes responsibility for the region. Our commitment goes beyond technology – it also includes social initiatives that achieve long-term results. Now, with our new role as a Green Partner, we are also focusing on sustainable structures. With the aim of promoting sustainability and social responsibility, abat is now a Green Partner and sponsor of Werder Bremen.
Green Partner – Focusing on sustainability goals
As an official Green Partner of Werder Bremen, abat contributes its expertise in the field of sustainability management and supports the club in implementing the sustainability requirements of the DFL and the CSRD guidelines of the EU. At the center of this is our ID-Report software, which efficiently records, analyzes and transparently displays CO₂ emissions and other relevant data. In this way, we are making an important contribution to implementing sustainability goals, which are becoming increasingly important in soccer.
Promoting leisure activities – opportunities for young people
We have been actively promoting leisure activities for several years. Through the “Spielraum” program, abat supports sports activities for children and young people to encourage them to exercise, develop team spirit and social skills. This program not only gives young people access to sporting experiences, but also promotes important values such as fairness and responsibility. Our goal is to work with Werder Bremen to create structures that open up opportunities for children and young people regardless of their background and strengthen cohesion in our society.
