SAP HCM is the classic on-premise solution for administrative HR processes. SuccessFactors is a modern cloud solution that focuses on talent management, employee experience, and mobile use. It offers regular updates, modern features, and flexible integration via APIs. 

A basic implementation takes approximately 3–6 months, while more complex projects take 6–12 months. We usually start with a pilot area and then roll out step by step. This reduces risks and ensures rapid user acceptance.
