SAP Signavio Intelligence combines standardized out-of-the-box process performance indicators, comprehensive benchmarking data, process mining, user behavior mining and customer experience analysis. This provides companies with a comprehensive view of all business processes. In addition, customers are provided with tools that facilitate the understanding and transformation of processes.

The Intelligence module provides the ability to analyze weaknesses based on the current state and define an optimal target process.
