Paperless manufacturing

PLUSnet enables the user to create modern, workplace-specific visualizations for industrial touch screens and handhelds from a variety of widgets. This reduces the resources required and helps to optimize your processes. Thus, product-related instructions can be made available at the work step level in a fine-granular way at all locations of the manufacturing process. In addition, our visual plant management provides a comprehensive data overview of the individual orders. This supports your employees in planning the next work steps in advance and enables them to react flexibly to unexpected changes in the workflow during production.

We also offer mobile data collection so that product-related store floor data collection is carried out where the data is generated - directly at the product.

Flexible business process modeling

The core of our solution is based on a service-oriented architecture and enables the mapping of interrelated business processes from a large number of individual services. These can be triggered by any events, for example in production, and executed automatically. PLUSnet offers an intelligent data analysis layer for the central configuration of specialist queries instead of their (out)programming in the individual specialist applications.

The market launch of new products or product variants no longer results in extensive software adaptations; instead, these become a plannable configuration task.

Shopfloor data supply out-of-the-box

PLUSnet ensures the smooth, product-related data supply of your store floor.

The structure and origin of the information required in the store floor can be configured individually in a specially developed user interface. The data is filled on a product-related basis depending on the respective data request from the store floor. In this way, you can ensure successful integration of your data from the ERP via our MES into your existing store floor.

„Digital twin“

PLUSnet enables the clean separation of transaction data (orders and their properties) and operating data in a separate, lean data model. In addition, a lot management is provided, with which also lot sizes larger than one can be managed, displayed and processed.

In this process, the store floor data is captured to form "digital twins" of the orders or lots, which represent the actual physical objects in production. This allows the physical world for lot sizes 1 through n to be visualized and monitored as a real-time digital image of manufacturing. In addition, comparisons of the actual world to the target specifications can be easily made.

The physical objects in production can be identified via any number of configurable information carriers (e.g. barcode or RFID) and suitable data or work steps can be displayed or recorded.

In addition, out-of-the-box configurable logging functions are provided for the purpose of traceability, retraceability and status monitoring of orders and components.
