Shopfloor data supply out-of-the-box

PLUS is designed for direct connection and communication with your store floor and provides its own communication module for this purpose. This module ensures communication with the connected systems and routing within the application. The flexible order and process database for storing all data relevant to production, as well as the extensive functions for controlling all production processes by means of an integrated body and material flow control system, enable production to be organized more efficiently.

PLUS is designed to fully take over the complete line control directly, in high frequency and number. Together with the control of sorters within and between the trades, it thus offers extensive possibilities for optimizing the sequence and stabilizing production.

Comprehensive visual plant management

Our visual worker guidance enables modern, workplace-related and product-specific visualizations for industrial touchscreens and handhelds. In this way, product-related instructions can be made available at the work step level in a fine-granular manner at all locations in the production process. Thanks to the simple widget-based configuration, the individual stations can be quickly and easily adapted to the production process. In addition, PLUS provides a comprehensive data overview of the individual orders and vehicles, both stationary and mobile. This supports your employees in planning the next work steps in advance and enables a flexible response to changes in the workflow. Rework Management

PLUS offers a fully integrated way to manage rework vehicles. This includes both an overview of vehicles with corresponding rework reasons and automated configurable prioritization. The configuration can be flexibly parameterized based on different conditions such as upcoming delivery dates. However, if the rules cannot cover every case, manual prioritization is also possible. This ensures that the highest-priority vehicle is always reworked without the need for manual lists or arrangements.

The role-specific views are optimized for desktop or smartphones, depending on the use case. There are, for example, overview views as well as views for drivers to better plan the next vehicle destinations. Through a confirmation by scanning barcodes, PLUS is aware of the status of all vehicles at any time.

With existing integration to a logistics system with parts ordering and availability, this information can also be used to control rework and make optimal use of rework areas. This guarantees efficient rework management without wasting valuable work and storage space.

Order data management

PLUS seamlessly manages all order and process data and uses this as a basis for controlling suppliers, the body and material flow, and buffers. In addition, our software solution enables you to control the entire order logistics from production to shipping.

Our central order management enables the sales department to make precise statements about the delivery date of a vehicle at any time, thus ensuring transparent traceability. Similar to parcel tracking at a shipping service provider, you know at any time where your vehicle is in production.

Inline Quality Management

Our inline quality management system records all defects on a sustained basis and controls their reprocessing. It helps to document all safety-relevant circumferences and to enable further analyses. Thanks to PLUS, the actual situation in production can be recorded at any time in order to react both promptly and in a targeted manner.

Based on the collected data, you can easily create defect statistics that support your quality management in identifying defect focal points and deriving appropriate measures.
