Workflow Management for flexible business processes

The heart of our solution is based on a service-oriented architecture and enables the visualization of coherent business processes from a variety of single services. These can be triggered and executed automatically by optional events, for example in the production. Quality Management by means of continuous error detection

We enable a sustainable quality assurance for you with our continuous error detection. With this, besides the actual design-type-dependent error description, the reasons for the error as well as the corrections in the system are recorded. Based on the data recorded you can create simple error statistics, which support your quality management in the identification of main sources of errors and the derivation of suitable measures.

Manual work processes

PLUSnet provides a consistent concept for the configuration and execution of manual work processes, which are not covered by the work plan, for example.

This allows workers to be visually guided and supported in the execution of such work processes, such as the deposit of important documents in or on the product or during quality inspections as part of a final plant acceptance. It is also possible to enter additional information and notes concerning the execution of the work process.

Integrated defect recording is also provided if defects are identified during the execution of a work process.

The continuous documentation of executed work processes also enables good traceability, transparency, evaluation and optimization of the respective processes.

High frequency manufacturing scenarios

In a manufacturing environment with a high number of production units and a high work cycle, a large number of events occur that must be used to trigger business processes. As a high-performance addition to the SAP product portfolio, PLUSnet enables efficient, resource-saving and asynchronous processing of events.

A message queuing system has been specially developed for this purpose. This allows you to master bidirectional system communication with equally high requirements for quantity structure and performance.

In addition, our powerful and configurable message logging helps you analyze business processes while making them fully transparent and traceable.

Central configuration of specialist queries

PLUSnet offers an intelligent data analysis layer for the central configuration of domain-oriented queries instead of their (out)programming in the individual domain-oriented applications.

The structure and origin of the information required on the store floor can be configured individually in a specially developed user interface. The data is filled on a product-related basis depending on the respective data request from the store floor. In this way, you can ensure successful integration of your data from the ERP via our MES into your existing store floor.

PLUSnet enables the clean separation of transaction data (orders and their properties) and operating data in a separate, lean data model. In addition, a lot management is provided, with which also lot sizes larger than one can be managed, displayed and processed.

The production data acquisition is thereby made into "digital twins" of the orders or lots, which represent the actual physical objects in the production. This allows the physical world for lot sizes 1 to n to be visualized and monitored as a real-time digital image of manufacturing. In addition, comparisons of the actual world to the target specifications can be easily made.
