AVPQ – Official Register of Prequalified Companies
Maintained by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the AVPQ is a list of companies that must prove annually their suitability for executing public contracts.
Being included in the register demonstrates our suitability and the absence of grounds for exclusion when contracts are awarded. This evidence meets the requirements of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) and the German Procurement and Contract Regulations for Services (VOL). Therefore, it can be used to assess our compliance in both tendering and supplier acceptance procedures.

Climate neutral certificate
„Der Klimafonds“ from Bremen now enables companies to fully compensate their climate-damaging CO2 emissions. Recently, abat made use of this and paid 40,000 euros into the climate fund for the carbon dioxide emissions of its worldwide business trips as well as for the energy consumption at its headquarters in Bremen. This means that abat now operates in a climate-neutral manner.
