Previous SAP service solutions from Business Suite 7 such as the SAP CS module from ECC or S/4HANA in compatibility mode and SAP CRM 7.0 have been discontinued! The SAP CS module may be used in compatibility mode until 2030 and then loses its usage rights. Like SAP ECC, SAP CRM 7.0 can be used until 2027 or 2030 with extended support as part of the Business Suite 7 discontinuation.
