Both. We conduct all training sessions online or at your facilities; the number of participants is flexible. In-house training has the advantage that we can work with your own processes and incidents rather than general examples, which significantly increases the impact.

Q: Do standards and laws require training?

Yes. ISO/IEC 27001 requires awareness and competence among those involved. Section 38 of the German Information Security Act (BSIG) explicitly requires management to undergo training. As of February 2, 2025, the EU AI Act requires AI competence from providers and operators. Proof of completed training must be included in every audit.
