Sustainability. Responsibility. Future ability.
The global climate crisis, increasing scarcity of resources and demographic change are just some of the key challenges that have far-reaching consequences for the activities of companies of all sizes. We are happy to accompany you in your transformation towards a sustainable and future-proof company. You can find an overview of the support we offer behind these four areas:
Integrated sustainability management is highly relevant for every company. Social and political requirements exist at national and international level. External influences and guidelines for implementation include the following global activities:
- The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations - 17 goals with a total of 169 concrete sub-goals for a sustainable society
- The European Union's Green Deal - EU Taxonomy as an Instrument of Sustainable Finance Revolutionises the Capital Market
- EU CSR Directive - The existing CSR reporting obligation in the EU and Germany and the planned extension to many companies with 250 or more employees.
- The Paris Climate Agreement - with the goal of limiting global warming to well below 2°C, preferably 1.5°C, compared to pre-industrial levels.
Motivation for sustainable transformation should not be based solely on external influences. Sustainability is also a direct added value for all companies. Whether it is more innovative products, less dependence on complex supply chains or more high potentials and applicants on the highly competitive labour market - through a fact-based and serious change towards a more sustainable company, the opportunities increase and not only climate change-related risks can be minimised.
