What is the significance of young professionals for the future viability of a company?

On Tuesday, April 18th, the i2b meet-up Live and in Presence took place at the Zentrum für Kunst in the Tabakquartier in Bremen. The theme of the evening was "Young Professionals". Attracting skilled workers is an important challenge for every company today. HR managers have a duty to meet this challenge.

The growing shortage of skilled workers is causing problems for local companies. It is therefore imperative and worthwhile to invest in targeted employee development, especially to inspire young people. Transparent communication, the prospect of personal and professional development, the transfer of responsibility, and a respectful interaction with one another are just a few aspects of a successful corporate culture.

In his presentation at this i2b evening, Christian Diestelkamp talked about the approach we have followed since the founding of abat. Trust, appreciation and training are three pillars that contribute to the excellent working atmosphere within the abat group and promote the satisfaction and motivation of all colleagues.
