New brand identity of the abat Group

The abat Group, founded in 1998, is an SAP service provider, innovative software developer and supplier of complete solutions for software-supported process optimization - primarily for the core industries of automotive and discrete manufacturing as well as in logistical processes and production control.

As of today, we are presenting ourselves with a new brand identity. A modern corporate design, logo and the planned website relaunch in the middle of the year reflect the development of our company into a strategic industry partner offering end-to-end processes.

The abat Group offers SAP consulting and implementation, innovative software products as well as application management - even for highly complex processes in the automotive industry. For example, the production control of the world's most modern automobile factory of a premium manufacturer originates from the newly defined service area "abat manufacture".

At the Bremen site, for example, we advise on all phases of IT service management - from aligning IT with business processes and in-house developments to implementing and maintaining standard solutions. abat in St. Ingbert, Saarland, is an expert in digital high-availability solutions for production control in the complex manufacturing industry. In addition, our portfolio includes app development, cloud services, information security, artificial intelligence, sustainability, PLM, and xReality.

"An expanded offering around AI, VR or sustainability, new market segments and a steadily growing business: the new appearance is intended to showcase our position in the market, the value for our customers, but also our special corporate culture more strongly," says Ronald Wermann, CEO at abat. "With our offerings, we open up the freedom customers need for new processes or services. And we have also always offered our employees the freedom to reconcile business and personal development," says Wermann.

The basic principle of open space is not only found within the abat Group in daily interaction but is also reflected in the new abat office building at the St. Ingbert site. The new building deliberately offers many lounges and open team spaces to provide sufficient space for meetings, exchanges, and creative brainstorms.

More than 800 employees in Bremen, Munich, Oldenburg, St. Ingbert, Walldorf, Wolfsburg as well as in Minsk (Belarus), Puebla (Mexico) and Atlanta, GA (USA) generated sales of approximately 80 million euros in 2021. The abat Group's customers include Audi, BMW, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bosch, Brose, DHL, Ineos, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, nobilia, Porsche, Tchibo, thyssenkrupp, and Volkswagen.
